1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return if:
- You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
- The return request is made within 3 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, in original packaging, and includes all labels and accessories.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Perishable or temperature-sensitive medicines
- Personal care or hygiene products
- Items that have been opened or used
- Custom or special-order products
3. Refund Process
- Refunds are initiated once the returned product is inspected and approved.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- In the case of COD orders, you may be asked for bank details to complete the refund.
4. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are offered only for eligible products and subject to stock availability.
- If an exchange item is not available, a refund will be processed instead.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
